Meet Our Visionary Leader
Ayuloni Balakrishna
My heartfelt salutations to the Madiga community. I am Ayuloni Balakrishna, son of Late Mallaiah, born on 14th August 1984, and a proud B.A. graduate from Kakatiya University. For over 20 years, I have been devoted to the upliftment and empowerment of our community, inspired by great leaders and guided by the wisdom of our elders. My mission is to unite the Madiga community, promote education, nurture leadership, and create opportunities that strengthen social, cultural, and economic progress for every individual.
Founder’s Journey:
✔ For the past 20 years, I have been dedicated to the upliftment of the Madiga community.
✔ My journey is inspired by legendary leaders: Dr. J.B. Raju Garu, Manda Krishna Madiga Garu, Visharadhan Maharaju Garu
✔ Currently, I work under the leadership of Sri Jannu Kanakaraju Garu, State Youth President.
✔ Serving as a movement leader in Madiga Hakkula Dandora, actively promoting community empowerment in Telangana.

Our Vision
Our vision is based on the firm belief that community elders serve as pathfinders, guiding unity, leadership, and collective action. By following their guidance and wisdom, we aim to achieve political empowerment, social strength, and equal opportunities, enabling every member of the Madiga community to thrive and contribute meaningfully.
Our Mission
Our mission is to unite the fragmented Madiga community through the Madiga Elders’ Association, advocate for the constitutional and legal recognition of elders, and ensure that any challenges or issues faced by the community are addressed promptly, efficiently, and responsibly in collaboration with government and social platforms.
Affiliated Initiatives
To achieve my vision and strengthen political empowerment for our community, I am establishing 10 affiliated associations under the ‘Madiga Kula Peddala Sangham’. These initiatives aim to ensure that every Madiga individual can actively participate and contribute fully.
